if i was going books id go with The Sword of Truth novels by Terry Goodkind.

Movie wise...Star Wars is pretty epic although LotR was as well. It's hard to choose between the two lol. I'll go with Star Wars cause I'm a fanboy haha.

Gamewise....I won't even go into that lol

Harry Potter 1 was the only good one compared to the rest of the series, I watched it mostly because Richard Harris played Dumbledore. Lord of the rings on the other hand was great. My other favourites are Star Wars and Star Trek, I watch a lot of fantasy anime series as well. Some of them very good. Here are some of them I enjoyed watching.
