well ihave dl the ipfilter and when i want to download a film a message keeps comming up.

it seems like utorrent is already running but not responding. please close all y torrents and try again....

never had this problem before the ip filter, i close it down and try again but still no hope.

did you close utorrent by clicking the X or use file > exit

Im using utorrent 3.1.3 and just ran the update.
picked a random torrent and went to download and had the same window open.
thought wtf, your right.
closed utorrent by clicking file > exit
went back to random torrent, clicked download, clicked open with utorrent and worked perfectly.

depending on your setting for utorrent, clicking the X top right corner only minimises it to your hidden icons taskbar, it actually doesn't close the program

so what does the ipfilter updater do that is different from peerblocker and utorrent?
