Depends on the file.
If you have downloaded a movie in rar format then it is probably a fake file and will not open anyway, can you provide a link to the summary page so one of us can check the torrent.
If it's a different file (ie an iso or game) then you can use Winrar or 7zip which can be found easily by using Gooble. |

lets make sure we on the same page.
when you click on the download torrent link you get a .torrent file
that file has to go into a client program like Utorrent, then the actual file downloads. have you done this ?
fake torrents exist to scam you. passworded files are 99% fakes
there is no reason for anything offered publicly to need a password, unless it is something that shouldnt be public |
